BBQ SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 pound raw shrimp (deveined and no tail)
    • Salt and pepper to season
    • Olive oil
    • Lil Bubbies BBQ sauce
    • Parsley
  • DIRECTION

    • Rinse and remove tails from shrimp, toss in at ziplock bag with BBQ sauce to coat
    • Heat two teaspoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute or so until they turn pink and opaque.
    • Remove from pan and drizzle with more Lil Bubbies BBQ sauce, top with parsley garnish and serve hot.
